Colleen Wilcox

Colleen Wilcox serves as the Communications Director at Notre Dame International (NDI). In this innovative role, she develops and executes strategic communications and overall branding that advance the reputation of the University globally. She creates dynamic and impactful stories that demonstrate the University’s commitment to global education, research and engagement. Wilcox also leads the internal communications strategy to drive culture and employee engagement across 12 international locations. She currently teaches at Notre Dame’s John W. Gallivan Journalism, Ethics, and Democracy (JED) program. Prior to working at Notre Dame, Wilcox was an Emmy-award winning news anchor and reporter for networks across the country.
Wilcox is a recipient of the 2022 Michiana Forty under 40 class, which recognizes professionals, executives, and leaders, under the age of 40, who achieve outstanding professional success while also engaging the community through charitable and civic involvement. She serves as a board member with
KidsPeace in South Bend, supporting local foster children.
Wilcox earned her Master of Science degree in public relations and Bachelor of Art degree in telecommunications from Ball State University.
