As director of employee & community engagement for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Rodney leads a multi-disciplinary team that does internal communications as part of integrated communications. His team is developing a long-range plan that will marshal leadership communications, employee voice, and multimedia channels to influence organizational culture, engagement, and goals in a measurable way.
